Ep 98. Coming out of retirement for an accidental business with guest Heather MacDougall, founder of Little Lake Boutique
After suffering severe burnout from a 20 year career as an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, Heather decided to leave that life and retire early. The problem with that is Heather is an on-the-go person and after a year of being retired she realized she was way too young and way too career driven to not have any challenges and career goals. Just as she was trying to figure out what she wanted to be when she grew up, Covid hit. To help ease the stress of isolation for her friends, she would send care packages that included packs of her spice and dip mixes. Next came playing with the alcohol infusions, and the rest is history.
In this episode we talk about:
[2:52] What led to Heather’s business growth
