Micro-habits are small, everyday habits that can help inch you closer to achieving those big, bold goals. Because they are simple and not time-consuming, they are easy to incorporate in your day-to-day life. In this episode, I share some of my favorite micro-habits that you can start incorporating into your life today!

[1:00] There’s no where else I’d rather be

[2:05] Remove a distraction from your environment 

[2:45] Daily short journal entry

[3:22] Do one thing you’ve been avoiding

[4:12] Brain dumping to clear your mind

[4:58] Sit in silence for a few minutes each day

[5:53] Keep art supplies out to get creative

[7:02] End your day with a word of encouragement or thanks

[7:52] Dance for the length of 1 song every 2 hours

[8:33] Charge your phone away from the reach of your bed

[10:03] Turn off all notifications for one block of time per day

[10:42] Spend at least 10 minutes per day in nature

[11:15] Respond to all invitations with, “I’ll check my calendar.”

[12:00] Try a 3-minute daily review

[13:00] Read 3 pages of a book every night

[13:41] Read a personal mantra when you feel stressed
